Brilliant day with Kate. Super friendly and an absolute expert, Kate took me through both specific skills and how to think about my work creatively. And all in a lovely setting and studio. Recommend very highly.

Having done several workshops with Kate over the years, I can attest to her wisdom and patience as a teacher, as well as her lovely nature and general enthusiasm. She is generous with her knowledge and experience, and keen to help you realise your ceramic ambitions.

Kate creates a very relaxed atmosphere in which to work, with a great choice of materials and tools to use. The thing that I totally appreciate is that she allows me to explore my ideas and experiment, which as an artist myself is so very important.

I really enjoyed the workshop with Kate and was thrilled by what I created. She took time to understand what I wanted to get out of it and helpfully suggested different options. Kate is great to learn from and a pleasure to spend time with – relaxed productivity! I’d love to do it again and would highly recommend a one-to-one workshop to anyone who wants to learn and explore their creativity.
